I am having issues printing my sign directly from the Signcreator. What do you suggest?
First check which version of Flash you are using. Signcreator works best in Flash version 220.127.116.11

When I try to change the font size by entering in a new point size , it won't work?
You will need to press the "Enter" key for the point size to take effect. You can also change the size of your text by clicking and dragging using the icon on the lower right hand corner of the text box located on your sign.
When I save a sign as a pdf and try to open it on my computer, why does it asks me which program to open the file in?
The file was most likely saved without an extension. You can open it in "adobe". Be sure to add the extension ".pdf" to the name of your file when saving your sign. This will ensure that it is saved as a "pdf".
What is the size limit of an image/logo I can upload?
The size limit of image uploads is 2MBDo I have to use the "editing tool" in sequential steps? (I.e. Step 2/add text, then Step 3/add graphics
No, you can move within the "editing tool" by clicking on the tabs in any order. For example, you can select your template then click on Step 3/Add Graphics.
How do I move a text box around once I create it?
In the left hand side of the 'editing tool", you can click directly on your text box and drag it where you want to. You can also re-size the text box by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner of the text box.
How do I add my logo to a sign?
In "step 3/add graphics", click on the green button(upload your own image) located next to the "search graphics" box. All images need to be in jpg, gif, png or swf format and a minimum of 150 dpi for the best printing. Once you read the disclaimer and agree to the terms, click "ok". You will be prompted to search within your files for an image/logo to upload.
Why is there a white border around some of my signs when I print them on 8.5" x 11" paper?
If you are working within an 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 8.5" template and want the printing to go all the way to the edge of the sign, you will have to print your sign on over-sized paper and trim to size.
